Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Viewphoria (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Viewphoria lets you create, schedule, and publish social media content to accounts you connect. You authorize the Service to publish content to those accounts at your direction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Your accounts and content
- Your rights. You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service — that is, to publish it to the accounts you choose.
- Your responsibility. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you post, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
- Platform rules. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each social platform you connect, and you authorize the Service to act within the permissions you grant it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harassing, or that violates a connected platform's rules; and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself, excluding your content, is owned by SuperStarr Productions and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than to use it as permitted.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that posts will always publish successfully or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperStarr Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
